It is Health Week at Tanshall Primary School again and we have to eat healthily and keep fit.
I'm doing a poll on what you eat for you five a day.
5 a day is very important because you can't just eat junk food all the time.You need atleast 5 pieces of fruit or veg a day.
e.g if you were to have peas it would be a handful.
