For the badge...

If I was feeling low I would be quieter than I usually am, I wouldn't want any company and I wouldn't look very happy either.

To stop myself from being upset I would read, maybe even have some yummy munchies and also have a nice, warm bath.

Other people can stop me from feeling sad by giving me hugs, playing some of my favourite games with me, going out for a jog with me and also talking to me.

I know if I'm upset I can talk to my mum, my sisters, my close friends and my teacher as they are always there.
