Yesterday in Home Economics Miss Laing showed us how to make Christmas tree puffs. Tonight I showed ape30 how to make them to. Here's how you can make these scrummy Christmas treats to. Hope you enjoy

INGREDIENTS

1 Pack of read rolled Puff Pastry
Jam to fill
Milk to coat
Icing sugar
Flour for dusting units

UTENSILS

Piece of paper for template
Rolling pin
Oven Tray
Knife

HOW TO MAKE THEM

First of all I cut out the shape of a Christmas tree.
Sprinkle flour over the work surface before rolling out the puff pastry using a rolling pin to make sure it doesn't stick to surface.
Place the template on top and cut around it using a knife.
Spread jam on the base Christmas tree.
Then using something that will make circles (we used a chop stick, if you have a apple core cutter you can use that) make holes in the tree this so it looks like baubles on the tree. You will then place it on top of the tree that has jam on it.
Place the trees on a baking tray.
Cook in a pre heated over at 200c/400f or Gas Mark 6 for about 15 minutes until golden.

Now the best bit, eating them

We served them with a light dusting of icing sugar and a scoop of ice-cream.
