Year 7 Remembrance Assembly

A recording of an assembly for Year 7 & 8 in Remembrance Week

Rem X
Year 7X prepared an assembly in which they gave facts and figures about the two world wars, read some extracts from diaries and letters written during the conflicts and also read poetry, both some of their own and that of published poets.
They finished with the very moving song "1916" by Motorhead.

I think that your assembly was very good it had a lot of meaning in it. It was well structured and i liked the ending leaving it when everybody is thinking about the war.
