This is the first badge in a series of three levels for the Wellbeing Warriors. You need to submit evidence that demonstrates that you understand how to apply the 5 ways to wellbeing.
  1. Task 1 Be Active

    Can you be physically active for 30 minutes? Upload a picture or video of you taking part in a physical activity as evidence.

  2. Task 2 Be Creative and Play

    Can you take part in a creative activity or play with a family member of friend? Upload a picture or video of you playing or producing a creative piece of work.

  3. Task 3 Take Notice

    Can you go on a walk and take a picture of something particularly beautiful or interesting? Upload your picture and explain why you took a picture of it.

  4. Task 4 Connect

    Can you connect with a family member or friend? When did you do this? What did you do?

  5. Task 5 Keep Learning

    Can you learn something new? Upload a picture or a video of you learning something new.
