  1. Task 1 Planning a healthy meal

Take a look at the eatwell guide picture. This shows what types of food make a healthy meal. It also shows how much of what you eat should come from each food group.

    The Task
Plan a healthy meal, remembering to have a balance of the right foods. Use the eatwell plate as a guide.

Think about vegetables you like to munch and crunch - cucumber, carrots, peppers, iceberg lettuce, peas, aubergine, celery, fennel?

The film warns Tommy that eating an unhealthy diet can lead to problems when you are older such as a heart attack, diabetes, stroke, cancer, bad teeth, bad breath or bad hair!
